BarTender supports both Visual Basic Script (VBScript) and Windows PowerShell scripting.

You can use VBScript in BarTender when you need to add advanced functionality to the application, such as adding special input requirements to an object's data source or performing special validation or other processing on the data.

You can write PowerShell script to run a Windows PowerShell command when you use a Power Shell Command action in BarTender, Integration Builder, or Process Builder.
