The BarTender System Database Size dialog, accessible from the View Database Size button on the Administrative Tasks page, displays disk space usage for database tables and files.

Database Tables

Shows table usage for information logged from BarTender, based on how logging was configured in BarTender's Log Setup dialog. It also shows usage for Librarian and Printer Maestro, if they are installed on your system.

Database Files

Shows how much disk space is reserved for the database (including tables and indexes), and the database transaction log for the system database. When the reserved space nears capacity, the Database Manager will reserve additional disk space, growing the database, as long as there is additional space to do so.
