Use the Select a Phrase dialog to select a phrase to add to a template object from a connected phrase library.
To open the Select a Phrase dialog, click for the Phrase ID field on the Data Source tab of the Object Properties dialog. Alternatively, drag the phrase library that you want to the template from the Libraries list on the Data Sources pane of the Toolbox.
The following options are available:
Search: Filters the phrases by a keyword that you enter.
Data pane: Displays the phrases in the phrase library. You can sort the fields in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header for the column that you want to sort by. You can also click 
for a column to filter the records by the available criteria.
Preview Language: Specifies the language of the phrase that is displayed in the preview pane.
