To create a new phrase library
Create a Phrase Library Dialog |
Use the Create a Phrase Library dialog to create a phrase library that you can use as a data source for your template. To access this dialog, use one of the following methods:
On the Data Sources pane of the Toolbox, right-click Libraries, and then click Create a New Library.
On an object’s Data Sources property page, change the data source type of the object to Library Phrase, and then, on the Library Phrase page of the wizard, click Create a New Phrase Library in the Library list.
The following options are available:
Library Name: Specifies the name of the new phrase library.
Database: Specifies the Data Builder database that the phrase library will be added to. By default, the most recently used database is listed first. You can use the other options in this list to add the phrase library to a different database or to create the library in a new database, as follows:
Add to an Existing Database: Opens the Select a Database dialog so that you can select the database that you want to add the new phrase library to.
Create in a New Database: Opens the Create Database dialog so that you can add a new database.
