The Recent Jobs pane is a visual representation of all the jobs that recently were printed on the network. By using this pane's context menu, you can reprint jobs from various computers on the network. You can also reprint jobs by dragging the selected recent jobs to any accessible printer in the Printers pane.
Jobs in the recent jobs list have one of the following statuses:
-
Cancelled: The job was canceled by a user before it was completely printed.
-
Sent: The job was sent to the printer. The job probably was printed, but successful completion cannot be verified.
-
Sent (Printing Verified): The job was sent to the printer, and successful completion is verified. To verify printing, you must use a Drivers by Seagullâ„¢ printer driver that has the Status Monitoring feature enabled.
