Reprint Items Dialog |
The Reprint Items dialog specifies the computer and printer that are used to reprint print jobs that are stored in the BarTender System Database. It also specifies the number of copies that you want to print.

You can open this dialog by using one of the following methods:
In any pane, right-click the item that you want to reprint, and then click Reprint or Reprint Item.
In the item grid of the Selected Print Job Details pane, click to select the check box in the Reprint column next to the items that you want to reprint. You can use the options in the reprint toolbar to select or clear all check boxes. Then, click the icon.
In the Printed Item Preview pane, click the icon.
The following options are available.
BarTender Server
Computer: Specifies the computer that sends the print job request to the printer. A reprint request can be processed by any computer that is displayed in the list.
Printer
Name: Specifies the printer that reprints the print job. A print job can be processed by any accessible printer on the network.
Model: Displays the type of printer that is selected, including manufacturer and model.
Port: Displays the port that is used to communicate with the selected printer.
Location: Displays the location of the printer. You can configure this setting in the Windows Properties dialog for the selected printer.
Comment: Displays any comments that were entered in the Windows Properties dialog for the selected printer. For information about how to change these comments, refer to the Windows documentation.
Quantity
Copies: Specifies the number of copies that you want to print.
Comments
Specifies a comment for the reprint job. If your system administrator configured comments to be required, you must enter a comment in this field before you can click Print.
