Access the Advanced property page by clicking Advanced in the left navigation pane of the Administrative Setup page.

The following settings are available on the page:

• Save documents after printing: When enabled, and the Condition criterion is true, Print Portal will save a document after it has been printed.

• Condition: Specifies the criterion that must be true for Print Portal to save a document after it has been printed.

• Maximum Number of Print Preview images to generate per request: Specifies the maximum number of print preview images Print Portal will generate for the Print Preview display. Limiting print preview images may be necessary to avoid excessive memory use if printed documents contain a large number of printed items.
