The Messages dialog appears directly below the Print Document dialog after a document has been sent to the printer. It displays messages that BarTender returns regarding the status of a print job, including any errors, warnings, or informational messages that BarTender may encounter.

The Messages dialog is displayed when both of the following conditions are true: 

• When the Show print dialog option is enabled on the General property page, which specifies that the Print Document dialog will be displayed when a user clicks on a document.

• When BarTender returns a message that matches the severity level specified for the BarTender print message to show option on the General property page.
