Moving Buttons, Commands, and Custom Menus

With the Customize dialog open, you can drag buttons, commands, and custom menus to change their order on a toolbar or within a custom menu or to place them on another toolbar or custom menu.

On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize to open the Customize dialog. Alternatively, open the context menu for any toolbar in the application, and then click Customize.
Drag the button, command or custom menu that you want to move away from its current location. Continue dragging the item until an insertion bar appears at the location on a toolbar or within a custom menu where you want to place it.
Release the mouse button to place the button, command or custom menu.
Click Close to close the Customize dialog.
