By specifying a time span or a start and end date and time, you can limit the amount of data that is displayed in Reprint Console. You can also use date and time filters to easily locate specific records based on when the entry was recorded to the BarTender System Database.
Reprint Console provides two ways to filter the data in the BarTender System Database by date and time: by using the Time Span list in the active view or by using the custom filter controls.
To define a date and time filter by using the Time Span list
-
In the BarTender: Print Jobs view, click the filter that you want. For example, click All BarTender Jobs to return all BarTender print jobs that occurred within the time span.
-
In the Time Span list, select the predefined time filter that you want. The following options are available:
-
All: Returns all print jobs.
-
Last 24 Hours: Returns all print jobs that ran in the last 24 hours.
-
Last 7 Days: Returns all print jobs that ran in the last seven days.
-
Last 30 Days: Returns all print jobs that ran in the last 30 days.
After you select a time filter, Reprint Console automatically displays all records that match the specified criteria.
