Testing an Action

Use either the Test view or the Create view to test an individual action in a process file.

ClosedTo test an action by using the Test view

  1. In the Process pane in the Test view, select the action that you want to test.

  2. Click Test Action. Alternatively, use the secondary mouse button to click the action, and then click Test Action. The Test Action dialog opens.

  3. In the Test Action dialog, review and configure the variables that the action uses.

  4. Click Test Action.

ClosedTo test an action by using the Create view

  1. In the Process pane in the Create view, select the action that you want to test.

  2. Use the secondary mouse button to click the action, and then click Test Action. The Test Action dialog opens.

  3. In the Test Action dialog, review and configure the variables that the action uses.

  4. Click Test Action.
