Create Tab |
Use the Create tab to configure the properties for the selected process file and the actions that you want the process file to perform.
The Create tab ribbon provides the following controls:
: Cuts the selected content and places it on the Clipboard.
: Copies the selected content and places it on the Clipboard.
: Pastes content from the Clipboard.
: Adds a Print Document action to the currently selected process file.
: Opens a menu that displays recently added actions. Click one of these actions to add a new action of that type to the process file. Alternatively, click More Actions to open the New Action dialog, where you can select the action that you want to add to the process file.
: Adds a Group action to the process file.
: Opens the New Action dialog, where you can select the action that you want to add to the process file.
: Opens the Find and Replace pane with the Find option selected so that you can search for text in a process file and its actions.
: Opens the Find and Replace pane with the Replace option selected so that you can search for and replace text in a process file and its actions.
: Inserts a variable. You can select a recently used variable or click More Variables to open the Insert Variable dialog, where you can see a list of available variables and then select the one that you want.
: Inserts a symbol or special character. You can select a recently used symbol or special character or click More Symbols to open the Insert Symbols or Special Characters dialog, where you can select the symbols and special characters that you want.
When you click the Create tab, the Create view appears. For more information, refer to Create View.
