Adding an Action to a Process File |
You can add any number of actions to your process file.
To add an action to a process file
Open the process file that you want.
In the Process Builder Main window, click the Create tab to display the Create view.
Add the action that you want by using one of the following methods:
In the left navigation pane, click on the Actions node (or on a Group action node) to open the New Action dialog. Click the action that you want to add, and then click OK. Alternatively, double-click the action that you want to add.
Click on the process toolbar to add a Print Document action.
Click on the process toolbar to display recently selected actions. Click one of these actions to add a new action of that type, or click More Actions to open the New Action dialog. Alternatively, double-click the action that you want to add.
Click on the process toolbar to add a Group action.
Click in the Actions section of the process toolbar to open the New Action dialog. Click the action that you want to add, and then click OK. Alternatively, double-click the action that you want to add.
In the left navigation pane, use the secondary mouse button to click an existing action, and then click New on the context menu to open the New Action dialog. Click the action that you want to add, and then click OK. Alternatively, double-click the action that you want to add.
Click the new action in the left navigation pane to display the action's properties tabs, and then configure the action's properties.
