The Print Preview option is available only when you print BarTender documents (*.btw). It is not available for process files (*.btproc) or BTXML script files (*.btxml).

Use the Print Preview option, which you can access from the Print Document dialog, to view your print job as it will be printed on your items. You can use this option to view all of the items on a single page of stock. The items that are displayed show processed VBScripts, data that was pulled from a connected database, and the number of copies or serial numbers that are printed.

Print Preview includes a toolbar that has the following options:
Runs the BarTender print job that is currently displayed.
Returns to the Print Station interface without running the print job.
Displays more than one page of the print job at a time.
Increases the zoom level.
Decreases the zoom level.
Turns on the zoom tool, which magnifies the selected portion of the print preview.
Returns the preview zoom factor to its default value.
Use the navigation bar to quickly browse the pages of the print job. Click 
and 
(or press the arrow keys) to page through the print job. Click 
and 
to jump to the first and last pages, respectively, of the print job. To move immediately to a particular page, enter the page number in the text box.
