You can use the Inventory pane and associated dialogs to view and manage your inventory of printer-related items.

• Inventory Pane

  View information about the items that you have in your inventory.

• Item Properties Dialog

  Use this dialog to create a new inventory item or edit an existing item.

  Use this dialog to receive an item into the inventory.

  Use this dialog to specify what happens to an item that is removed from a printer.

  Use this dialog to define new inventory storage locations.

  Use this dialog to define your own inventory types in addition to the list of predefined item types.
