The Administer menu contains options that allow you to configure system settings and define workflows in Librarian.

The Administer menu items are summarized below:

• System Setup: Opens the System Setup dialog, which allows you to customize options for checking items in and out of Librarian.

• Workflow Setup: Opens the Workflow Setup dialog, which allows you to customize workflows that define the sequence of states that a file can progress through.

• Purge Deleted Files: Removes all deleted items from the BarTender System Database. This operation erases all history of the deleted files, and cannot be reversed.
