Help Menu |
Use the options on the Help menu to access help and product information about History Explorer. The following options are available:
BarTender History Explorer Help: Accesses the help system.
"Getting Started" Manual: Accesses a brochure to help you start using the BarTender features.
Knowledge Base: Launches the online BarTender Support Center, where you can review frequently asked questions, access BarTender white papers and videos, join conversations in the BarTender user forum, and submit requests for technical support.
Training and Support: Launches the online BarTender Support Center, where you can access technical support contact information and training videos.
System Information: Gathers and displays information about your hardware and the installed components of the BarTender Suite. You can export this information to a native text file and then send it to Technical Support for troubleshooting assistance.
Send Information to Support: Starts a wizard that you can use to send system information, configuration files, and affected BarTender documents to Technical Support.
Register on the Web: Links to the online BarTender Registration page so that you can register your copy of the BarTender Suite.
Seagull on the Web: Links to the Seagull Scientific website, where you can view videos and read white papers that can help you integrate your system with BarTender. You can also find information about the BarTender Suite and download additional printer drivers.
About: Displays information about the version of History Explorer that is installed.
