The Script Editor has four available panes that work together to enhance your scripting experience.

In This Section

• Script Pane

  Lists all of the places you can script in BarTender. Depending on the object you have selected, you can edit document events, view your template objects, and edit their transforms.

• Editor Pane

  Contains an editable field where you can enter and write your custom scripts.

• Script Assistant Pane

  Lets you insert pre-written bits of code into your custom script

• Output Pane

  Displays the output of your script when you test it, along with any errors that may have occurred.
