Viewing Documents |
You can view the various components of your document throughout the creation and editing process, as well as view and preview the document as a whole.
From the File menu you can select the following options:
Select Open to open an existing, saved document from the Open Document dialog.
Select Page Setup to open the Page Setup dialog, where you can edit and preview page setup for your document.
Select Print Preview to preview the document as it will appear when printed. For more information, refer to Print Preview.

You can also access Print Preview directly from the Print dialog. |
From the View menu you can select the following options:
Select Template Design to view your document in Template Design view.
Select Data Entry Form to view your document in the Data Entry Form view.

You can also switch between the Template Design view and the Data Entry Form view using the template and data entry form tabs at the bottom of the design area. |
Select other viewing options, such as Zoom In, Zoom Out, and Fit to Window to customize the document view.
From the design area, whether you are in the Template Design view or the Data Entry Form view, you can change your document view using the following methods:
To view a template, click the template tab that you want at the bottom of the design area.
To view a form, click the data entry form tab that you want at the bottom of the design area.
