Selecting Database Records |
After you have connected one or more databases to your document using the Database Setup dialog, you can view, sort and filter the list of records from the database, and then select the records that you want to print.
The Select Records dialog, accessible from the Print dialog, displays the list of records from the database that is connected to the document. It enables you to dynamically sort and filter the record set, and select the records that you want to print.
