Select Records Dialog (Print Time)

The print-time Select Records dialog is displayed at the beginning of a print job if you have specified Selected At Print-Time for the Queried Records option on the Quantity mini-tab of the Print dialog's Print tab. This dialog displays a list of database records from the database that you specified in the Database Setup dialog, and you can use it to select the records that you want to print.

This dialog is the same as the Select Records dialog that you can access by clicking Select Records on the Quantity mini-tab of the Print dialog's Print tab, but it is displayed after the print job starts.   1. Select the records that you want to print.

  2. Optionally, use the first column in the grid to change the number of copies.

  3. Click OK or press Enter.
