Configuring Validation Properties

Use one of the following methods:

• In Data view, click in the column for the field whose validation options you want to set, and then on the Fields tab, click to select the Required and/or Unique check box, as needed.

• In the fields pane of Design view, click the row for the field whose validation options you want to set. Then, in the Field Properties pane, click the Required and/or Unique field as needed, and then enter the value that you want.
