Print Portal is a web-based application that provides an interface for selecting and printing BarTender documents. A single web server "hosts" Print Portal, which makes BarTender documents accessible to other computers and mobile devices over the Internet. Users in your company can easily print documents by visiting a website and selecting the document that they want to print. By using Print Portal, you can do the following:
Browse BarTender documents by thumbnail images or detailed views.
Search for BarTender documents by keyword.
Print documents by using a single click or preview them before they are printed.
Easily add or change printers at any time.
Control and customize folder options such as navigation, image, and size.
Specify security and access rights for Print Portal.
Print Portal is not automatically installed with BarTender. For installation information, refer to Installing Print Portal.
