Use the Reprint Job dialog to reprint a BarTender print job that is stored in the BarTender System Database or to move the print job to another printer.

By using the Reprint Job dialog, you can specify the computer and printer that are used to reprint a print job. To access this dialog, right-click a print job in the Recent Jobs pane, and then click Reprint.

The following options are available.

BarTender Server

• Computer: Specifies the computer that sends the print job request to the printer. A reprint request can be processed by any computer that is displayed in the list.

Printer

• Name: Specifies the name of the printer that reprints the print job. A print job can be processed by any accessible printer on the network.

• Model: Displays the model of the printer that reprints the print job. Read-only.

• Port: Displays the port of the printer that reprints the print job. Read-only.

• Location: Displays the location of the printer that reprints the print job. Read-only.

• Comment: Displays any comments that are associated with the selected printer. Read-only.

Quantity

• Copies: Specifies the number of copies that you want to be reprinted.

To reprint the job on the specified printer, click Print.

To cancel the print job, click Cancel. When you do this, all the changes to the settings in the dialog are discarded, and Printer Maestro does not reprint the selected print job.
