Use the Database Setup dialog to connect to a database on a computer that is being used as a Microsoft SQL Server server.  You can create a new database or reconnect to a previously created database.

The following options are available: 

• Database Type: Specifies the database type. Currently, only SQL Server is supported.

• Database Name: Specifies the name of the database. Enter a name or select the name of an existing database from the list. If no database that has the specified name exists on the server, you are asked whether you want to create a new database.

• Server Name: Specifies the name of the server. Enter a name or select the name of the computer that is being used as the SQL Server server. 

• Login: Specifies the user name that is required to access the server. 

• Password: Specifies the password that is required to access the server.
