The main toolbar provides you with shortcuts to many of the commonly used commands in the History Explorer File and Edit menus. By using the main toolbar, you can connect to the BarTender System Database, copy data, or refresh the user interface.

  Connects History Explorer to the BarTender System Database. This option is available if History Explorer failed to connect to the BarTender System Database when it started, which can occur when the BarTender System Service is not running. After you restart the BarTender System Service, you can use this option to connect to the BarTender System Database without needing to exit and restart History Explorer.

  Copies the contents of a row to the Clipboard.

  Copies the contents of a single cell to the Clipboard.

  Refreshes the grids in the History Explorer window.
