“发送电子邮件”操作会向一个或多个指定的电子邮件帐户发送电子邮件。

You can configure the following properties for the Send Email action:

操作

名称：指定操作的名称。如果需要，可以通过在字段中键入新名称来替换默认名称。
描述：用于保存操作的描述。
Run Action: 用于指定希望运行操作的频率。
- 始终：指定 Integration Service 将在每次运行集成时运行操作。
- 从不：指定 Integration Service 将不会在运行集成时运行操作。
- Conditionally, based on variable: Specifies that the Integration Service will run the action only when a selected variable meets a specified condition. 在仅有一个条件可以确定是否运行操作的情况下才可使用此选项。只要启用了此选项，就可以在提供的输入框中创建条件语句。

  - 变量：输入希望为条件语句使用的变量。 Alternatively, you can add a variable for the conditional statement value.
  - [Relational Operator]: 指定用于条件语句的关系运算符。单击现有运算符可打开其他运算符列表，并选择一个希望使用的运算符。 For more information, refer to Relational Operators. The operators available in the list depend on whether you have selected Text or Decimal for the Type option.
  - 值： Specifies the value(s) to use for the conditional statement. Some operators, such as Is null and Is not null, do not require a value to be specified. In these situations, the Value field is not available.
  - 类型： Specifies whether the conditional statement is evaluating a text or decimal value.
- 根据表达式，在一定条件下： Specifies the conditions under which the Integration Service will run the action. 此选项在需要不只一个条件语句的情况下使用。只要启用了此选项，就可以通过创建所需的条件语句在提供的输入框中创建条件表达式。 You create and edit your conditional expression on the Tree View tab. Click the Text View tab to see a read-only text view of the conditional expression.

电子邮件标题

For each of the Email Header fields, enter the content that you want. Alternatively, you can add a variable to specify the content that you want. You can also add a special character to the value you have entered.

主题： Specifies the email subject line. 输入电子邮件消息的主题行。
重要性： Specifies the importance level that is assigned to the email message. (There is no variable option for this field.)
收件人：输入一个或多个收件人电子邮件地址，以分号或逗号分隔。
抄送：输入一个或多个抄送的收件人电子邮件地址，以分号或逗号分隔。
密件抄送：输入一个或多个密件抄送的收件人电子邮件地址，以分号或逗号分隔。

电子邮件消息

来源：在消息正文中指定要发送的数据的来源。
- Embedded Message:
  - 值： Use the input box to enter the email message that you want the action to send. 或者，可以为消息内容输入一个变量、添加一个变量，或者可以向输入的值添加一个特殊字符。
  - 导入： Opens the Open File dialog so that you can browse to and select a file that contains the data that you want. 系统会将该文件的内容导入到“值”输入框中。

自动： Specifies that the Integration Service will automatically determine whether the message content is HTML or text format.
文本：指定消息内容为文本格式。
HTML：指定消息内容为 HTML 格式。

附件

添加附件： Click this option to display a dropdown list from which you can select the type of attachment that you want to add to the email. 附件选项包括：

嵌入式模板：向“附件列表”添加新的嵌入式模板行。单击行中的图标可打开“附加嵌入式模板”对话框，可以在其中指定想要附加的嵌入式模板。
变量：打开“插入变量”对话框，您可以从其中选择想要用于附件的变量。 After you select a variable and close the dialog, the variable is added to a new row in the Attachments list. Click the icon within the row to open the Attach Variable dialog, where you can edit your variable selection and specify additional options for the attachment.
外部文件：打开文件浏览器，您可以从其中选择想要用于附件的文件。 After you select a file and close the browser window, the file is added to a new row in the Attachments list. 单击行中的图标可打开“附加外部文件”对话框，如果需要可以在其中编辑所选文件并为附件指定其他选项。

When you select Files in Folder as the attachment source, an attachment is created for each file that is found in the folder at the time the action is run.

附件列表：以表格格式列出电子邮件的附件。 For each attachment that is listed, you can click the following columns and controls to edit the attachment:

名称： By default, displays the actual name of the attachment. 例如，如果添加了变量附件，并选择了变量“PrintJobStatus”，那么显示名称为“PrintJobStatus”。 You can enter a new name if you want.
来源： By default, displays the source of the attachment. For example, if you add an external file attachment, the source is listed as External File. You can change the attachment source by clicking this field and selecting the source that you want from the list.
值：显示附件的来源值信息。 For example, the value of an external file attachment displays the path and file name for the file. You can edit this field manually.
: Opens the Attach dialog, where you can configure additional options for the selected attachment.

Internet 邮件设置

邮件服务器：指定用于发送电子邮件的电子邮件服务器。 Enter the mail server that you want in the input box. Alternatively, you can add a variable to specify the mail server. You can also add a special character to the value you have entered.
发件人：为电子邮件服务器指定“发件人”电子邮件地址。 Enter the email address that you want in the input box. Alternatively, you can add a variable to specify the "From" address. You can also add a special character to the value you have entered.
设置：
- 要求身份验证： Specifies that authentication is required and a user name and password must be provided.
- 用户名：为身份验证指定用户名。
- 密码：为身份验证指定密码。
- 端口：指定邮件服务器使用的 TCP 端口。
- 网络超时： Specifies the maximum amount of time to wait for a response from the receiving Post Office Protocol/Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (POP/SMTP) server.
- 使用安全套接字层(SSL/TLS)加密连接数据： Enables Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) support.

测试发送电子邮件

测试：运行操作。 The Message pane displays information on the success or failure of the action.

Clicking the Test button executes the action only and does not run the integration. 因此，操作将会在不使用曾经可能配置为使用的集成中的任何数据的情况下运行。 For information on testing your integration, refer to Using the Test Pane.

用户帐户

Inherit from parent action: When enabled, the action inherits the user account credentials specified on the Actions property page. Alternatively, if the action is part of a Group action, it will inherit the user account credentials specified on the immediate parent Group action’s property page.
指定用户凭据：启用此选项后，会使用指定的凭据运行操作。

错误处理和诊断

Ignore errors and continue running actions: 启用此选项后，指定如果操作失败，那么会继续运行其余操作。

如果未启用此属性，并且操作失败，那么产生的行为取决于以下方案：

If you have specified Sequentially for the Execute Actions property of the selected action's hierarchical Actions or Group property page, no further actions within that group are executed.
If you have specified In Parallel for the Execute Actions property of the action's hierarchical Actions or Group property page, the actions within that same group are not affected; the errors are ignored and the other actions within the group are executed.

If the selected action is within a Group action, no actions outside of that Group action are affected.

Retry if failed: 启用此选项后，指定如果操作失败，那么 Integration Service 会尝试再次运行操作。
Maximum retries: 指定 Integration Service 将会再次尝试运行操作的最大次数。 Available when Retry if failed is enabled.
Retry interval: 指定 Integration Service 将在操作失败后，尝试再次运行操作之前等待的最大时间。 Available when Retry if failed is enabled.
