通过“打印文档”操作可以指定每次运行集成时想要打印的 BarTender 文档。

You can configure the following properties for the Print Document action:

操作

• 名称： 指定操作的名称。 如果需要，可以通过在字段中键入新名称来替换默认名称。

• 描述： 用于保存操作的描述。

• Run Action: 用于指定希望运行操作的频率。

  • 始终： 指定 Integration Service 将在每次运行集成时运行操作。

  • 从不： 指定 Integration Service 将不会在运行集成时运行操作。

  • Conditionally, based on variable: Specifies that the Integration Service will run the action only when a selected variable meets a specified condition. 在仅有一个条件可以确定是否运行操作的情况下才可使用此选项。 只要启用了此选项，就可以在提供的输入框中创建条件语句。

    • 变量： 输入希望为条件语句使用的变量。 Alternatively, you can add a variable for the conditional statement value.

    • [Relational Operator]: 指定用于条件语句的关系运算符。 单击现有运算符可打开其他运算符列表，并选择一个希望使用的运算符。 For more information, refer to Relational Operators. The operators available in the list depend on whether you have selected Text or Decimal for the Type option.

    • 值： Specifies the value(s) to use for the conditional statement. Some operators, such as Is null and Is not null, do not require a value to be specified. In these situations, the Value field is not available.

    • 类型： Specifies whether the conditional statement is evaluating a text or decimal value.

       

  • 根据表达式，在一定条件下： Specifies the conditions under which the Integration Service will run the action. 此选项在需要不只一个条件语句的情况下使用。 只要启用了此选项，就可以通过创建所需的条件语句在提供的输入框中创建条件表达式。 You create and edit your conditional expression on the Tree View tab. Click the Text View tab to see a read-only text view of the conditional expression.

    • [Conditional Joiner]: 指定组中的条件语句的条件连接符。 The default conditional joiner is And.

      • Select a different conditional joiner: The menu options include a list of conditional joiners. 选择希望为条件语句使用的条件连接符。 For more information about the supported conditional joiners, see Conditional Joiners.

      • Add Condition: 单击可向当前组添加其他条件语句。

      • Add Group: Click to add a sub-group of conditional statements to the current group.

      • Remove Group: 在从子组中打开菜单时，菜单中会提供此选项。 单击可删除子组。

      • Clear All: 在从最顶层的组中打开菜单时，菜单中会提供此选项。 单击可删除所有条件语句（包括子组）。

文档

• 文档： 指定文件夹位置和文档。 You can type the folder location and document name or click Browse to locate and select the document that you want. Alternatively, you can add a variable that specifies the document. You can also add a special character to the value that you enter.

• 导入文档设置： 从所选 BarTender 文档中导入文档设置。 这些导入的设置随后将会显示在“打印选项覆盖”设置中。

• 在打印作业结束时关闭： Specifies that the BarTender document is closed when the print job is completed.

• 在打印作业结束时保存： Specifies that the BarTender document is saved when the print job is completed.

  • Skip thumbnail regeneration: Specifies that the thumbnail image for the BarTender document is not regenerated at the end of the print job.

打印选项覆盖

通过打印选项覆盖可以为打印作业配置特定打印机选项。 Unless they are configured otherwise, the print options that are used are those that are stored in the document. For each of the following override options, you can enter the value that you want. 或者，可以添加一个变量。

 

• 打印机： When enabled, specifies a printer other than the one that is specified by the document.

• 纸盒： When enabled, specifies a printer tray other than the one that is specified by the document.

• 副本： When enabled, specifies a number of copies to print other than the number that is specified by the document.

• 序列化机会： When enabled, specifies a number of serialized items to print other than the ones that are specified by the document.

• 记录范围： When enabled, specifies a range of records to print other than the one that is specified by the document.

• 作业名称： When enabled, specifies a job name other than the one that is specified by the document.

• 提示数据输入： 启用此选项后，在向打印机发送打印作业之前，会为用户输入打开文档的数据输入表单和请求。

介质处理

• 操作： 决定打印机的介质处理操作。 Available options depend on the selected printer.

  • 使用驱动程序设置： 指定将会由驱动程序的设置决定操作。

  • 换页： 指定打印机将会下达换页。

  • 暂停： 指定打印机将会暂停。

  • 等待标签感应器： 指定打印机将在感应到标签之前一直处于等待状态。

  • 剪切： 指定打印机将会剪切标签。

  • 剪切和暂停： 指定打印机将会剪切标签并暂停。

• 发生次数： 在选择“操作”设置而不是“用户驱动程序设置”时，可以通过“发生次数”属性指定操作的频率。

  • 在打印作业结束时： 指定在打印作业结束时发生操作。

  • 在每一页后： 指定在每一打印页后发生操作。

  • 在每一条记录后： Specifies that the action occurs after each record.

  • 在指定份数后： 指定在完成指定份数后发生操作。

  • 在数据更改后： 指定在指定数据更改后发生操作。

    • 数据项类型： 用于指定数据项的类型为“数据库字段”、“具名数据源”或“对象值”。

    • 数据项名称： 指定数据项名称。

      • 忽略大小写： Specifies that the Data Item Name property is not case-sensitive.

  • 在指定打印项目数后： Specifies that the action occurs after a specified number of labels are printed.

    • 打印的项目数： 用于指定在发生操作之前打印的项目数。

数据库覆盖

• 使用数据源： Enables you to select a data source to use when printing the document. If this option is not selected, the data source that is specified in the document is used.

• 数据源： 指定打印文档时希望使用的数据源。

  • 集成输入数据： 指定将会为数据源使用的集成输入数据。

  • 当前记录： 指定由“用于每条数据库记录”操作处理的当前记录将为数据源使用。 当“打印文档”操作为“用于每条数据库记录”操作的子操作时可用。

• 变量： 指定希望为数据源使用的变量。 Depending on your integration design, variable options that you can select might include CurrentRecord and/or EventData. 选择“变量”作为“数据源”时可用。

• 位置： 指定数据源文件所在的文件系统。 在选择“文本文件”或“SAP IDoc 文件”作为“数据源”时可用。

File systems or locations can include local file systems or network shares, Librarian, or a supported cloud storage location. For more information about supported cloud storage locations, see Administration Console's Cloud Storage Page.

具名数据源

查询提示

• 指定查询提示的值： Enables you to enter the names and corresponding values for data entry controls that require user input on your document's data entry form. 单击每个字段可键入所需的名称或值。 Alternatively, you can add a variable that specifies the name or value, and in the Value field, you can add a special character to the value you have entered.

验证选项

• 对打印作业排队并立即继续： 将作业提交到 Print Scheduler，并立即完成该操作。 When this option is selected, no "response" options are available.

• 验证打印作业是否已处理再继续： 将作业提交到打印机并等待验证打印作业是否已处理，再完成操作。

• 验证打印作业是否已打印再继续： 将作业提交到 Print Scheduler 并等待验证打印作业是否已打印，再完成操作。

  • 最长等待时间： 用于指定等待打印机完成打印作业的时间。

• 将响应放入变量中： 指定将会返回操作响应的变量。 输入所需变量名称。 或者，可以添加一个变量。

• Include print data:启用此选项后，会将打印数据包含在打印响应中。

• Include print summary: 启用此选项后，会将打印摘要包含在打印响应中。 Available when Include print data in response is enabled.

• Include label data: 启用此选项后，会将标签数据包含在打印响应中。 Available when Include print data in response is enabled.

• Include checksum: 启用此选项后，会将校验和包含在打印响应中。

测试打印文档

• 测试： 运行操作。 The Message pane displays information on the success or failure of the action.

  Clicking the Test button executes the action only and does not run the integration. 因此，操作将会在不使用曾经可能配置为使用的集成中的任何数据的情况下运行。 For information on testing your integration, refer to Using the Test Pane.

用户帐户

• Inherit from parent action: When enabled, the action inherits the user account credentials specified on the Actions property page. Alternatively, if the action is part of a Group action, it will inherit the user account credentials specified on the immediate parent Group action’s property page.

• 指定用户凭据： 启用此选项后，会使用指定的凭据运行操作。

错误处理和诊断

• Ignore errors and continue running actions: 启用此选项后，指定如果操作失败，那么会继续运行其余操作。

  如果未启用此属性，并且操作失败，那么产生的行为取决于以下方案： If you have specified Sequentially for the Execute Actions property of the selected action's hierarchical Actions or Group property page, no further actions within that group are executed. If you have specified In Parallel for the Execute Actions property of the action's hierarchical Actions or Group property page, the actions within that same group are not affected; the errors are ignored and the other actions within the group are executed. If the selected action is within a Group action, no actions outside of that Group action are affected.

• Resend failed print jobs: 启用此选项后，会将所有失败的打印作业重新发送到打印后台处理程序。

• Maximum retries: 指定将会重新发送失败的打印作业的最大次数。 Available when Resend failed print jobs is enabled.

• Retry if failed: 启用此选项后，指定如果操作失败，那么 Integration Service 会尝试再次运行操作。

• Maximum retries: 指定 Integration Service 将会再次尝试运行操作的最大次数。 Available when Retry if failed is enabled.

• Retry interval: 指定 Integration Service 将在操作失败后，尝试再次运行操作之前等待的最大时间。 Available when Retry if failed is enabled.
