打印文档

在设计某个项目之后，您已准备好打印自己的文档。 Depending on how your production environment is set up, you can print from a number of different applications in BarTender:

Closed从 BarTender Designer 打印您的文档

每个屏幕上设计区域配置为特定打印机。 由于不同的打印机支持不同的媒体大小，因此更改打印机可能会影响对象在您的项目上的定位。 If this occurs, you may need to modify your design to match the new printer and media before you print.

  1. 打开要打印的文档。

  2. 从“文件”菜单中选择“打印”，以打开“打印”对话框。 或者，单击主工具栏上的 打印 图标。

  3. 确认选择了正确的打印机。

  4. 如果您已连接到某个数据库，请验证是否启用了“使用数据库”复选框。

Closed从 Print Station 打印您的文档

  1. 打开 Print Station。

  2. 浏览到要打印的文档。

  3. Click the document one time. 根据 Print Station 的配置方式，这将启动打印作业或打开“打印文档”对话框。

  4. 如果提示，请选择要使用的打印机，然后输入要打印的副本数。

  5. 单击“打印”。

Closed从 Print Portal 打印您的文档

  1. 打开 Print Portal。

  2. 浏览到要打印的文档。

  3. Click the document one time. 根据 Print Portal 的配置方式，这可能提示您连接到打印机。 In this case, follow the steps in the wizard until it displays the Print page.

  4. On the Print page, select the printer that you want to use, and then enter any other information.

  5. 单击“打印”。
