在打印时输入数据

在某些情况下，在打印前可能无法知道模板上一个或多个对象的数据。 Consider the following examples:

Closed创建和设计数据输入表单

  1. At the bottom of the design area, click the Form 1 tab to open Form Design View.

  2. On the object toolbar, click the icon for the control or object that you want to add. Alternatively, select the object type from the Create menu.

  3. Select the control or object that you want from the sub-menu. 对于线条对象，跳过此步骤。

  4. Click the location to add the control or object. For line objects, drag the pointer to the endpoint of the line.

Closed将控件链接至模板对象

  1. In the Data Sources pane of the Toolbox, locate the data source whose text you want to enter at print-time.

  2. Drag the data source onto the control that you want.

  3. 松开按钮以将控件链接至模板上的对象或数据源。

Closed在打印时将数据输入表单中

  1. On the File menu, click Print to open the Print dialog. 或者，单击主工具栏上的 打印 图标。
