ClosedThe Symbology Structure

Each digit in an Anker Plessey Code symbol is encoded in 4 bars (or bits). Each wide bar followed by a narrow space represents a "1" bit; conversely, a "0" bit is encoded as a narrow bar followed by a wide space.

Each symbol appends two mandatory check digits to the end of the data.
