Format.SaveAs Method

Format.SaveAs(FileName, OverwriteIfExists)

Where

FileName is the new document file name.
OverwriteIfExists, optional in VB.NET and required in C#, determines whether to overwrite an existing file. If true, then overwrite if FileName exists. If false, then an error will occur if FileName exists. The default is false.
