BarTender System Database は、BarTender Suite に含まれるアプリケーションの中央データストレージです。 Automation および Enterprise Automation エディションのほぼすべての機能を使用するために必要です。 It includes such data as the following:

• Information about each print job that is sent from BarTender (such as the document that was printed and the time the job was sent)

既定の BarTender System Database では、無償ですがデータベースサイズが 10 GB に制限されている Microsoft SQL Server Express が使用されます。 複数のコンピュータで一元化されたデータベースを共有する、または単一のコンピュータで大量の印刷ジョブをログに記録する場合は、独自のデータベースサーバーを使用することをお勧めします。

You can run the BarTender System Database Setup Wizard from the BarTender installer after you install BarTender. BarTender System Database がインストールされていない場合、または別の BarTender System Database をインストールする場合は、Administration Console からウィザードを直接実行できます。
