When calling for technical support, it is very important to call from a phone right next to the computer that is running Print Portal. This makes it much easier for our technical support personnel to assist you.
In order to receive technical support, your installation of BarTender must be registered, which you can do at Seagull Scientific's BarTender Product Registration page. Unless you register, you will not receive technical support.
