Move Item

The Move Item dialog allows you to move a quantity of an item from one location to another.

This function is only available if there is more than one defined location, and if the selected From Location has a non-zero quantity.

Item: Displays the item which will be moved. (Read-only)
From Location: Defines the location from which to move a quantity of the item. All storage locations for the current item, with a non-zero quantity, are displayed.
To Location: Defines the location into which the specified quantity of the item will be moved. All defined locations except the From Location are available for selection.
Quantity in stock: Displays the current quantity of the item stored in the From Location. (Read-only)
Quantity moved: Displays the quantity of the item that will be moved between the selected locations. The maximum quantity allowed for the move operation is the current quantity in stock.
Projected new quantity: Displays the projected quantity of the item that will be stored in the From Location after the operation. (Read-only)
