Mail Server Property Page |
The Mail Server property page allows you to configure the following properties for your Email Integration.
Incoming (POP3) Server Options
Mail Server: Specifies the mail server for the email account that will be monitored.
Email Address: Specifies the email address for the email inbox that the Integration Server will monitor. The email address specified here is also used for the email address property on the Email Detection property page.
Port: Specifies the TCP port used by the mail server.
Logon Settings
User Name: The user name for the email account.
Password: The password for the email account.
Encrypt connection data using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS): Enables SSL/TLS for the connection data.
Outgoing (SMTP) Server Options
Mail Server: Specifies SMTP server for a mail client
Mail From: Specifies the name of the SMTP server.
Port: Specifies the port for the SMTP server.
Require authentication: When enabled, specifies that the SMTP server requires authentication.
Logon Settings: You can specify the logon settings when Require authentication has been enabled.
Use incoming (POP3) settings: When enabled, the incoming POP3 settings will be used for authentication.
Specify log on settings: When enabled, the specified user name and password will be used for authentication.
User Name: The user name to be used for authentication.
Password: The password to be used for authentication.
Encrypt connection data using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS): Enables SSL/TLS for the connection data.
Advanced Options
Network Timeout: Specifies the amount of time to wait for a response from the mail client before the integration fails.
Test
Test: Click Test to verify that the email connection is successful.
