The Help page contains options that enable you to access help and product information about Integration Builder and your installed BarTender Suite.

You can access the Help page by clicking Help on the left navigation pane of the Administration () tab.

The Help menu options are as follows: 

• Integration Builder Help: Accesses the Integration Builder help system.

• Getting Started: Accesses a brochure to get you started using Integration Builder.

• Seagull on the Web: Launches the Seagull Scientific web site, where you can view videos and read white papers that can help you integrate your system with BarTender.

• Contact Us: Displays information about how obtain technical support.

• Help Us Help You: Launches a wizard that enables you to send system information, configuration files, and affected BarTender documents to Technical Support.

• System Information: Gathers and displays information about your hardware and the installed components of the BarTender Suite. This information can be exported to a native text file and sent to Technical Support for troubleshooting assistance.

• Activate this Software: Launches the Activation Wizard, which guides you through the steps to activate your product.

• Register BarTender: Enables you to register your newly purchased copy of the BarTender Suite.

• About: Displays information about this version of BarTender.
