Deployment Page

The Deployment page enables you to view previous integration deployments and those deployments that are pending based on settings that specify deployment at a later date. You can also edit pending deployments, create a new deployment, or create or edit deployment plans.

You can access the Deployment page by using one of the following methods:

The Deployment page is a tabbed page. You can switch between the two panes on the page by clicking one of the following tabs, which are located at the bottom of the pane area:

ClosedDeployments

Clicking the Deployments tab displays the Deploy Integrations pane. On this pane, you can manage your scheduled integration deployments and view previous deployments.

ClosedPending Deployments

The Pending Deployments list displays those integrations that you have scheduled to deploy at a future time. You can sort the list by ascending or descending order by clicking on a column header to change the sort order based on that column. When the integration is deployed, it is removed from this list and added to the Deployment History list.

  • Click New Deployment to open the New Deployment dialog, where you can configure the settings for a new integration deployment. After you have created the new deployment, it will appear in the Pending Deployments list.

If you create a new deployment with the specification that it is to deploy immediately, when you close the New Deployment dialog, the new deployment will only briefly appear in the Pending Deployments list before being deployed and then appearing in the Deployment History list.

For each scheduled integration in the list, you can additionally select one of the following options:

  • : Deploys the integration immediately. After the integration is deployed, it is removed from this list and added to the Deployment History list.

  • : Opens the Edit Deployment dialog, where you can make changes to the scheduled deployment.

  • : Deletes the scheduled deployment.

  • : Creates a copy of the scheduled deployment as a deployment plan; you can subsequently edit the new plan in the Edit Deployment Plan dialog. This does not delete the scheduled deployment. If you no longer want the scheduled deployment, you must delete it manually.

ClosedDeployment History

The Deployment History list displays a list of previous integration deployments. You can sort the list by ascending or descending order by clicking on a column header to change the sort order based on that column.

  • Click View Deployed Integrations to open the Administration Console Integrations page, where you can start and stop integrations and view additional logged details about the integrations that are running.

  • Click the icon to clear the Deployment History list.

For each deployment in the list, you can additionally select one of the following options:

  • : Hovering over this icon displays a brief message that indicates whether the deployment was successful. Clicking the icon opens the Message Details dialog, where you can view additional details about the deployment and copy the deployment message to the clipboard.

  • : Creates a copy of the past deployment as a deployment plan; you can subsequently edit the new plan in the Edit Deployment Plan dialog.

ClosedPlans

Clicking the Plans tab displays the Deployment Plans pane. A deployment plan is essentially a deployment dialog that can be saved for later modification without submitting the deployment until updates to the plan are complete. Even after submitting the plan for deployment, the plan remains available in this pane for later updates and re-submission until you delete it.

Each deployment plan that you create is displayed in the pane by plan name and can be managed by using one of the following options:
