In the Deployment section of Administration Console, you can deploy the integration files that you've created in Integration Builder. Deployment is simply the process of making your integration available to the Integration Service.

Whether or not the integration starts running immediately after it is deployed depends on whether you specified that it should start automatically or manually. This was a setting specified in Integration Builder when you created the integration. If you specified that it start automatically, the Integration Service will begin monitoring for the integration event as soon as the integration is deployed. If you specified that it start manually, you will need to manually start the integration from Administration Console's Integrations page before the Integration Service will begin monitoring for the integration event.
