By using the Customize dialog, you can create new custom toolbars, and add toolbar buttons and menu commands to them. You can delete a custom toolbar at any time.
To create a new custom toolbar

From the View menu, point to Toolbars and then click Customize to open the Customize dialog. Alternatively, open the for any toolbar in the application, and then click Customize.

Click the Toolbars tab.

Click New to open the New Toolbar dialog.

Enter a name for the new toolbar and then click OK to close the New Toolbar dialog. The name you entered is added to the Toolbars list in the Customize dialog. The new toolbar appears as a blank toolbar at the upper left of the application window, directly below the default toolbars.

Add the toolbar buttons and commands that you want to the new toolbar. For more information, refer to Adding and Removing Buttons and Commands.

Add the menus that you want to the new toolbar. For more information, refer to Adding Menus.
To delete a custom toolbar

From the View menu, point to Toolbars and then click Customize to open the Customize dialog. Alternatively, open the context menu for any toolbar in the application, and then click Customize.

Click the Toolbars tab.

In the Toolbars list, click the custom toolbar that you want to delete.

Click Delete.

Click OK to delete the custom toolbar.

There is no Reset button for custom toolbars. The commands on a custom toolbar must be added and removed manually.
