Types of Text Objects |
Single Line: A single line text object creates a single line of text. The width of the text box is determined by the length of the text. The text does not wrap. You can customize many aspects of the single line text object using the property pages of the Text Properties dialog.
Multi-line: A multi-line text box creates a word-wrapping paragraph of text. You specify the width of the text box, and the amount of text determines the height of the box. You can customize many aspects of the multi-line text object using the property pages of the Text Properties dialog.
Word Processor: A word processor text object inserts a word processor-enabled text field onto the template, allowing you to create rich text characters for the text object. Available property pages on the Word Processor Text Properties dialog allow you to customize the object's position on the template, special effects, and size and scaling, and also provide you access to the word processor, where you can create your rich text.
Arc Text: An arc text object creates a single line of arc-shaped text. Customizations include specifying the angle, direction, and alignment of the text, and can be made using the property pages of the Text Properties dialog.
