Select Records Dialog

The Select Records dialog is a print-time dialog that is displayed at the beginning of a print job if you have specified Selected At Print-Time for the Queried Records option on the Quantity mini-tab of the Print dialog's Print tab. This dialog displays a list of database records from the database that you specified in the Database Setup dialog and enables you to select the records that you want to print.

This dialog is the same as the Select Records dialog that can be accessed from the Select Records button on the Quantity mini-tab of the Print dialog's Print tab but is displayed after the print job has been initiated. For more information about how to use the Select Records dialog at print-time, refer to the Select Records Dialog documentation, which you can access from the Print dialog.

  1. Select the records that you want to print.

  2. If needed, change the number of copies by using the first column in the grid.

  3. Click OK or press Enter.
