The IDoc Definitions Setup dialog, accessible from the Administer menu, allows you to link an IDoc type definition to a parser file, so you do not have to separately link each IDoc to a parser file. It contains a list of the IDoc Type definitions currently available to BarTender. This table contains the following fields:
Name: Displays the name by which the type is known. This is defined in the IDoc Type Definitions dialog.
Type: Displays the name given to the type by SAP AG (or by its creator, if it is a custom type made at your business).
Release: Identifies the version of the type.
Default IDoc File: Displays the path to the default IDoc file.
Using the IDoc Definitions Setup dialog, you can:
Add a new IDoc type using the Create New button.
Modify the settings of an existing IDoc type using the Modify button.
Delete an IDoc type from those available using the Delete button.
