The Printer Clock Options dialog is used to determine how the printer should respond if the printer's clock is not available when BarTender executes a print job. This dialog is accessed from the Printer Clock Options button on the Data Sources property page when Clock is selected as the data source type.

Print-Time Error Handling

If the printer clock is not available:

• Use Windows Clock: Substitutes the value of the data source for the date and/or time pulled from the computer's system clock.

• Do Not Print Data Source: Prints the item, leaving the data source empty.

• Always Abort Print Job: Cancels the print job.

Display Print Time Printer Clock Messages: When enabled, displays the Printer Clock: Verification Messages dialog if the printer clock is unavailable at print-time.
