AutoFilter Row Tool |
The AutoFilter Row tool, available in the Select Records dialog or the print-time Record Picker data entry control, allows you to filter the displayed records within each individual column.
To enable the AutoFilter Row tool, select Show AutoFilter Row from any column's context menu. A blank row will appear just below the column headers, showing a Filter icon at the far left.
To search an individual column, select the blank AutoFilter Row cell beneath the desired column header, and start typing the filter value. The displayed records will be filtered as you type.
You can subsequently filter the displayed records further by typing a filter value into the blank AutoFilter Row cell beneath another column. The displayed records resulting from this second filter would show only those records that met the first filter, and then also the second filter.
