You can specify the background color or fill for a by setting the Color option on the 's Form property page or by using the line and shape toolbar.
To change a form's color from the Form Properties dialog

On the data entry form, double-click on a blank area on the form to open the Form Properties dialog. Alternatively, select Properties from the form's .

In the Navigation Pane, select Form to open the Form property page.

Click on the Color option for Background Color and select the color that you want from the list of available colors. For more advanced options, consider the following:

If the color you wish to use is unavailable, select More Colors to open the Colors dialog, and make your selection from the additional color choices. Alternatively, click on the Custom tab to select a custom color.

If you prefer to add a more complex visual element to the property such as a gradient color, pattern, texture, or picture, select More Fill Options to open the More Fill Options dialog.

Click Close to close the Form Properties dialog.

Click on the icon on the line and shape toolbar and select the color that you want from the list of available colors. For more advanced options, consider the following:
