Height for GS1 DataBar symbols can be specified using the 1D Row Height option when Hold to GS1 Specifications is disabled. The exception is GS1 DataBar Stacked, for which the height is not editable.

For GS1 DataBar, the 1D Row Height option allows you to set the height of the barcode. The default height for a GS1 DataBar symbol is 0.5 inches.
The exception is for a GS1 DataBar Stacked Omnidirectional type. When this type is chosen, the 1D Row Height option represents the height of each stacked component of the symbol, rather than the height of the entire symbol.
