For composite symbologies, you can set the row height of the 2D component (the upper symbol) using the 2D Row Height option. The height of the bottom symbol can be set using the 1D Row Height option.
1D Row Height. For the 1D component, the default height is 0.5 inches. You can manually set the symbol height as desired.

For the GS1 DataBar symbology types, the 1D Row Height can be specified when Hold to GS1 Specifications is disabled. The exception is GS1 DataBar Stacked, for which the 1D Row Height is not editable. |
2D Row Height. The 2D component of a composite symbology is always the CC-A, CC-B, or CC-C symbology. These symbologies support a row height equal to a multiple of the X dimension (the width of the narrowest bars in the printed symbol).
The default row height for CC-A and CC-B symbols is 2X (or 2 times the X dimension). The range of valid values is 2X to 10X.
The default row height for CC-C symbols is 3X (or 3 times the X dimension). The range of valid values is 3X to 10X.
