Entering a command line similar to the sample line below into BarTender's startup command line will cause BarTender to open a specified document when it starts up.
bartend.exe /F=mycustom.btw
In the command line above, the /F parameter tells BarTender to automatically load the document mycustom.btw on start up, as if it were the default document.
