When you select Universal Data Link (UDL) File as the Database Platform in the Add Database Connection Wizard, you need to select a specific database to use with
To connect to the desired UDL file, type the path of the file into the File Name field. Alternatively, you can click Browse and navigate to the desired database. If the desired UDL file does not exist, you can create a new one using the New option. Existing UDL files can be edited using the Edit button, which options the Windows Data Link Properties dialog, where you can configure the database and security information.
